Price does not include:

•  Local tourist tax: to be paid on your arrival (1,65€ per day and
  per person +18 y.o. – subject to modification by the resort).
• Damage deposit: 4000€ for Chalet Le Cocoon and 2000€
  for chalets Pierra Menta 1, Pierra Menta 2 and Mont-Blanc,
  required on arrival.
• The deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance
  with the rules of the establishment or the non-return of the
  keys at the end of the stay.
• Pet: 100€/week – limiteld to 1 small pet (-15kg) per chalet.
